Featured Wine: 2011 3Divas
Our popular white wine is a favorite for both summer and winter. It's a classic white Rhône blend of Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne which hits all the right notes with intriguing aromas, a supple texture, and a long, lingering finish. The 3Divas has enough personality to serve as an aperitif, yet pairs well with a variety of meals. 125 cases produced.

Newest Wine: 2012 Rosé

The 2012 Rosé has recently been released just in time for summertime sipping. This wine has much in common with a classic Provençal rosé: dry, crisp, bright and full-flavored, with strawberry and plum aromas. With warm weather coming, it's time to dig out the summer clothes, clean the outdoor furniture, and build up your supply of rosé wines. 60 cases produced.

New member of the Montemaggiore flock
Spring means lambing season, and we have a new member of the family! Of course our lamb is just adorable, albeit a surprise because we had no idea our sheep was even pregnant (it's not obvious). It's a boy, and we're still considering names. All our sheep are named are named after pastas, so we currently have Rigatoni, Stellina, Farfalle, and Pastina.

Featured Recipe: Flatbread with Caramelized Onion, Proscuitto, and Feta

Every year we hold a Wine & Food Pairing Challenge and invite Wine Club members to help us find the best food pairings for Montemaggiore wines. This Flatbread won Best Rosé Pairing not only because it's delicious, but because the depth of the caramelized onion, meaty flavors of the proscuitto, and tanginess of the feta make it a great match for our Rosé.
