Delectable ingredients for Italian CookingVincent and Lise invite Montemaggiore Wine Club members to celebrate a bountiful harvest with our 11th annual Vendemmia. In the past, we've served paella, roast pig, or grilled tri-tip but we haven't quite decided this year. Of course, the surprise main dish will be paired with several vintages of Montemaggiore wines, including library wines.

Delectable ingredients for Italian CookingAs the weather cools down, we look to the hearty cuisines from the north of Italy.  Specifically we'll focus on Tuscany, who meat dishes (including wild boar) are designed to pair well with robust red wines. Join the vivacious Chef Gloria DeMaria for this hands-on cooking class which culminates in a sit-down meal to enjoy the feast we prepared, accompanied by perfectly paired Montemaggiore wines.
