2 bottles of Montemaggiore Rosé
½ cup of Peach Schnapps
½ cup of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
1 cup of diced strawberries, plus some for decoration
1 cup of diced peaches
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup of fresh raspberries, then frozen
750 ml bottle of sparkling water or club soda
Make sure the ingredients are well chilled, and that the fresh raspberries are frozen. Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water and raspberries. Chill further if desired for a couple hours, then add chilled sparkling water and raspberries just before serving.
With whole strawberries saved for decoration, slice in the middle vertically, about halfway to the green crown and perch on side of wine glass.
